These terms apply to the Cinematic Property Preview and the Portfolio Preview Pack sold on this website by Twonieks, based in Haaksbergen, the Netherlands.

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.

• Cinematic Property Preview — €149 for 1 property: one cinematic walkthrough video built from 5-15 photos you supply, with one small revision and a private delivery link.
• Portfolio Preview Pack — €549 for 5 properties: five separate videos, one per property, each with one small revision and a private delivery link.

Both are one-off purchases. There is no subscription and no ongoing commitment.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location and VAT number. The total shown on the checkout screen is what you pay. If you are a business in the EU with a valid VAT number, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply — enter your VAT number at checkout.

Most single-property previews are delivered within 1 business day. Portfolio Preview Packs are delivered within 3 business days.

Your delivery timeline starts once all required photos and property details have been received. If photos or property details are missing, unsuitable or unclear, we will contact you before production starts, and the delivery time runs from the moment we have what we need.

One small revision is included per video. Unlimited revisions are not included — larger changes are quoted separately.

A small revision means an adjustment within the agreed creative direction — pacing, the order of shots, or swapping a scene. A different concept, new source photos or a re-shoot of the brief is new work.

We use an AI-assisted visual production workflow to turn your photos into a cinematic walkthrough. Every video is reviewed by our team before it is delivered.

Because the result is generated from the images you supply, it is an interpretation rather than a survey of the property. We aim to keep it faithful to the source photos, but we do not warrant architectural or dimensional accuracy. You are responsible for checking that any video you publish accurately represents the property, and for complying with the advertising rules that apply to your listings.

• You own the photos, or you have permission to share them with us.
• Sharing them with us does not breach an agreement with a photographer or agency.
• You permit us to use them to produce the videos you ordered, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please only upload images you have permission to share with Twonieks. The final video is created from the information and images provided. You keep ownership of your photos. We may refuse or stop an order if we believe the material is unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable — in that case we refund the affected property.

Once your order is paid and delivered, you may use the video to market the property it was made for: listings, your website, social media and direct enquiries. Reselling the video as a standalone product is not included.

We will not publish your video or use it as a portfolio example without asking you first.

Production begins once we have your photos, your property details and your payment. Before production starts you can cancel for a full refund. After a video has been delivered, the work is done and the purchase is not refundable, other than where the law requires it or where we could not deliver what was ordered.

Our service is intended for businesses. If you order as a consumer, nothing in this section limits your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal that applies to you.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a video.
