A Cinematic Property Preview is one cinematic walkthrough video of a single villa, made from 5–15 photos and delivered via a private link. The Portfolio Starter Pack covers three villas, the Portfolio Preview Pack five and the Portfolio Agency Pack ten, each with its own video. The Portfolio Agency Pack also includes a vertical version of every video.

Yes. The video is yours: use it in your listings, on your own website, on social media and in your mailings. We make it with AI from your photos, so it is a cinematic impression of the villa rather than a recording of it. That is why a small on-screen note says the video was made with AI — please leave that note in place, so guests and portals can see it at a glance. Before you publish, check that everything matches the real villa: never show rooms, facilities or views that are not there. Something off? Use your revision round and we will put it right.

Our process works from the photos you provide. We review every video before delivery and aim to keep it faithful to the real villa. That is why your photos and instructions need to be accurate and complete.

No. We work from suitable existing villa photos. The better the photos, the better the result.

Between 5 and 15 per villa, covering the exterior, main living areas, bedrooms, outdoor spaces and views. Is the villa already listed online? Then the listing link is enough and we’ll take the photos from there.

No. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Below each price you’ll see the amount including 21% VAT (the Dutch rate), which is what you pay at checkout. Paying by invoice under the reverse charge becomes possible as soon as our VAT number is issued — email us if you would rather wait for that.

No. Every package is a one-off purchase with no ongoing commitment. You can order again whenever you have another villa.

The Portfolio Agency Pack includes a vertical (9:16) version for every villa. With the other packages, tick the option on the order form; it costs €29 extra per villa. Forgot to tick it? Email us and we’ll send you a separate payment link.

Most Cinematic Property Previews are delivered within 1 business day, Portfolio Starter Packs within 2 business days, Portfolio Preview Packs within 3 and Portfolio Agency Packs within 5. The delivery time starts once we have received all the required photos and villa details.

Each video includes one small revision. Additional revisions are not included: a larger re-edit or a change of creative direction is quoted separately.

Your first order is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. We start by using the included revision to put things right. Still not happy after that? Email us within 7 days of delivery and you get back what you paid for that villa. If none of the videos in your order work for you, you get the full amount back. You can then no longer use the videos, and we deactivate the private link.

Yes. Send us a link to one of your listings and we’ll make a short demo of about ten seconds from the photos that are already on it, by email within 1 business day. There is no obligation at all: afterwards you decide for yourself whether you want a full walkthrough video or a package. You can ask for one with the “Request a demo” button on this page.
