Permission

I have permission to use these photos (or the photos in the listings I linked to), and Twonieks may use them to create the walkthrough videos I am ordering. If that turns out not to be the case, I carry the consequences.

I understand the video is made with AI and can differ from the real villa, and I will check it myself before I use it in a listing.

We make our videos with AI, using the photos you send us. A video is a cinematic impression of the villa, not a recording of it: dimensions, materials, furniture or views can differ from the real thing. We check every video before delivery, but we can’t guarantee photoreal accuracy. So watch yours closely before you publish it. Advertising honestly to your guests is your responsibility: never show rooms, facilities or views that aren’t there. Something not right? Use your revision round and we’ll fix it. There’s more on this in our Terms.

Twonieks may show my video as an example on their website and social media. (optional, and you can withdraw it at any time)

EU business with a VAT number? Once our VAT number comes through you can pay by invoice with VAT reverse-charged. Email info@twonieks.eu.

Each video includes one small revision. Additional revisions are not included, and larger changes are quoted separately.
